Therapy for Mommas
A supportive and nurturing space to explore your identity as a momma
Maybe you feel overwhelmed, lost, and unsure of yourself in your role as a parent. The demands of motherhood can often leave women feeling isolated, confused, and deeply overwhelmed.
This can lead to a disconnect with your pre-motherhood selves, creating a sense of loss and confusion about their identity.
You've been through huge life change. It's so normal to feel insecure, confused, sad, and in love with your child all at the same time.
Not only have I been there. I'm here to help.
Somatic therapy can help you reconnect with yourself on a deep, physical level.
It focuses on the mind-body connection, helping you become more aware of the physical sensations associated with your emotions and thought patterns.
By becoming more attuned to your own body and sensations, you can gain insight into your emotional experiences, allowing you to understand and manage your feelings in a healthier way.
In the courageous journey of motherhood, somatic therapy can be particularly beneficial in helping you manage the stress and overwhelming emotions that often accompany this role.
It can provide practical tools to cope with the complex challenges of parenting, improve self-care practices, and restore a sense of balance and well-being.
By integrating somatic therapy into your life, you can enhance your emotional resilience and cultivate a greater sense of empowerment and self-awareness, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and harmonious experience of motherhood.

Motherhood represents a monumental life shift, impacting women in profound and diverse ways.
During this transformative journey, it is essential to elevate your consciousness of your unique and beautiful value system.
I help elevate your consciousness and connect to your innate life force.
Imagine having passions that make you feel awake, brighter, lighter, sexy, and giddy!
Somatic therapy can help improve your connection to yourself, your spouse, your children, and the world. You can feel more alive, powerful, fulfilled, and safe with yourself and your relationships.
This involves recognizing what brings joy, fulfillment, and connection on a personal level, as these aspects vary widely from one momma to another.
Taking the time to connect with your peace, life force, and true self can have a profound impact on your overall well-being.
As moms and wives, we sacrifice a lot for our families. It's taught to us from a young age that mothers and wives are self-sacrificing and that is the mark of a "good" mother. Yet, mothers are exhausted and, at times, feel lost. That is not okay.
Research shows the greatest determinant of a child's health is how well the mother is doing, yet our society tells us to sacrifice for others and make do. NO MORE! It's time we put on our oxygen masks and show children we deserve just as much care and love as any other human.
Learn to set clear boundaries with loved ones, stop over-giving, and people-pleasing. Learn to ignore unhelpful advice when it doesn't align with your value system, no matter how well-intended.
Learn to effectively communicate your needs so you and others feel fulfilled and connected.
Stay more present during times of stress instead of shutting down or snapping at others.
Embrace a more present and joyful approach in interactions with your children and loved ones.
Engage in activities that enable the slowing down of the nervous system for more calm, peace, and joy. Explore and nurture aspects of yourself that feel more connected, open, and alive, steering away from the hyperactive "just go and get it done" mentality.
Prioritizing the nurturing of our nervous system offers the ability to align with our value system and life force. Operating from this grounded perspective paves the way for new possibilities in life. If you are feeling the nudge to embrace these concepts and enrich your motherhood journey, reach out!
